The extensive review included all core and 3rd party software applications, vendor solutions and supplier assessment, data storage, HR policies, office facilities, documentation, training guidelines and all key business activities.
This certification complements the previous migration of all IPscape infrastructure, data, and Cloud Contact Centre applications to the Microsoft Azure platform. Microsoft Azure is certified against several global security protocols, including ISO 27001:2013, SOC2, IRAP, MTCS, GDPR and others.
